Kim brings more than 25 years of commercial fit-out and joinery experience across Singapore and Australia. With a strong hands-on background in joinery and construction, he has been involved in the delivery of hospitality, retail, airport and commercial interior projects.

As Managing Director, Kim provides executive and construction oversight from tender and pre-construction through procurement, site delivery and handover, working closely with RH project teams and the in-house joinery workshop.

Ronnie brings more than 20 years of Australian experience across customer service, management and administration and supports the commercial and operational management of RH Shop Fitting.

Her role includes contract and tender administration, procurement coordination, project documentation, commercial administration, client communication and internal business operations. Ronnie works closely with the project delivery team to maintain effective communication between clients, suppliers, subcontractors and RH internal resources.

Michael is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in joinery and commercial fit-out delivery, including extensive experience working within operational airport environments.

He is experienced in coordinating airport access requirements, personnel and security arrangements, subcontractors, procurement, construction sequencing and programme delivery. His practical joinery background provides a strong understanding of detailing, manufacture, installation and site coordination.

Andy has an architectural education and drafting background, providing a strong technical foundation for commercial fit-out project delivery.

His experience in architectural documentation assists with the coordination of shop drawings, design details, RFIs, material selections and buildability issues between consultants, clients, suppliers and site teams. In his current project management role, Andy supports projects from documentation and procurement through construction and handover.

Yudith supports the day-to-day site delivery of RH Shop Fitting projects, coordinating trades, site activities, programme requirements, quality and workplace safety.

Working closely with RH Project Managers and the construction team, Yudith assists in maintaining efficient site sequencing, resolving day-to-day construction issues and ensuring works are delivered in accordance with approved documentation and project requirements.

Jerry has a practical carpentry and construction background and brings hands-on site knowledge to RH’s project delivery team.

He has undertaken site management responsibilities on commercial fit-out projects including No Gap Dental – Blacktown and Kinn Thai – Canberra Centre, coordinating trades, construction sequencing, quality and completion activities to achieve successful project handover.

Claresta supports RH Shop Fitting’s estimating and pre-construction activities, including quantity take-offs, trade scope review, subcontractor quotation coordination, cost planning and tender preparation.

She works with RH’s directors, project managers, suppliers and subcontractors to assist in developing coordinated project pricing and ensuring tender scopes are reviewed against the relevant project documentation.
